The 11 milestone
Crucial steps integral to every home we bring to life
1. Foundation poured
Following the completion of the site work on your lot and sub-floor rough ins, an engineered foundation designed to provide robust support is poured.
2. Framing complete
With a sturdy foundation in place, the structural framework of the structure takes shape. This phase includes the installation of windows and doors as well!
3. Roof installed
This stage pertains to the roofing process, involving the installation of all waterproofing membrane, shingles or the chosen roofing materials.
4. Roughs in complete
Collaborating closely with our skilled trade partners, the installation of the plumbing system, electrical components, and ventilation systems takes place, ensuring the inner workings are expertly integrated.
5. Sheetrock/texture installed
The interior drywall has been hung and the texture of choice has been applied.
6. Flooring installed
Our flooring expert completes the laying of various materials, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish. Quality and attention to detail define our approach, exceeding expectations
7. Interior trim complete
Trim work including baseboards and crown molding, is expertly installed. Interior doors are set in place, and the installation of cabinets takes center stage, bringing the interior spaces to life.
8. Countertops installed/Masonry completed
Your selected countertops are up now as they are professionally installed. Simultaneously, the exterior undergoes its final transformation, with brick, stone, and/or stucco finishing touches applied.
9. Interior paint applied
The transformative stage begins as the beauty of paints and stains are applied.
10. Mechanical / Electrical trim complete
Following the installation of the inner workings of systems before sheetrock, this phase involves the addition of final details such as plumbing fixtures, lights, and AC grills.
11. Quality inspection complete
You will be scheduled for a walk-through while following a comprehensive inspection checklist for a thorough review. This allows addressing any small items before closure.
